Michael’s digital twin (AI)
Ask Michael’s digital twin
Scan the code with your phone, or open it here. The twin is an AI, not Michael. It answers questions about Praxamark and can be wrong, so check anything that matters. If it can’t help, send a support request below and Michael will answer.
The twin runs on speak-to.ai, a separate service. What you type goes to that service under its own terms. Praxamark sends it nothing.
Send a support request
The form writes an email for you to send from your own mail app, so you see exactly what you send. This site stores nothing, and a support request never adds you to a mailing list or our contact list.

Support FAQ
Is the digital twin really Michael?
No. It is an AI that answers questions about Praxamark on Michael’s behalf, and it is always labelled as AI. It can be wrong, and its answers are not legal, financial or professional advice. Billing, refunds, privacy, security and legal matters always go to Michael himself: use the form.
What happens to what I tell the twin?
The twin runs on speak-to.ai, a separate service, and what you type goes to it under its own terms. Praxamark never sends it anything from your browser, and nothing you keep in Praxamark reaches it unless you type it in.
How quickly will I hear back?
For Praxamark Atlas, we answer within 5 business days and aim to be quicker. For Praxamark Vault and Praxamark Clip, we answer as soon as we can. Business days are Monday to Friday, US Pacific time, excluding US federal holidays.
What should I put in a request?
Which of Praxamark Vault, Praxamark Clip or Praxamark Atlas you use, your browser, what you did, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps. Never send passwords, keys, or card or ID numbers.
Do I need an account to get help?
No. Praxamark has no account. The help pages, this FAQ and the twin are open to everyone, and privacy, security and legal requests never need anything from you but the request.
Where else can I look?
How it works, the modes FAQ, the pricing FAQ, the privacy statement and the Terms of Use. Inside Praxamark, the (i) beside each feature explains it in place.
Privacy, security and legal requests
We answer these for anyone, whatever you use and whether or not you have ever written to us:
