A Praxamark™ simulation. Northwind Books is a pretend shop, for showing MyTerms and reading terms before you agree. Nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere; the shop's side of a record lives only in this page's memory while the simulation runs, and its records are signed with a test key.

Terms of Service

1. These terms govern your membership of the Northwind Books reading club and your use of our shop.

2. Membership renews automatically each year at the then current price unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days before renewal.

3. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt any review or comment you post, including to train our recommendation models and artificial intelligence systems.

4. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; you waive any right to a class action.

5. We may change these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.

6. Your MyTerms. If you offered us a MyTerms agreement (IEEE 7012) and we accepted it, that agreement governs how we collect, use and share your personal data, and overrides anything in these terms or our Privacy Policy that conflicts with it.
